					<description>The whole grains can be explained I think. Firstly, people who are likely to eat more whole grains are likely to be more healthy anyway. They are less likely to eat big macs etc. But to be fair the differences between the three diets were not that great either so on the face of it Atkins doesn't seem miles ahead. I think psychology must play into it a lot.</description>
